The Family Development Program offers two options for participants. The first option is a self-paced online course designed for families to learn and grow at their own convenience.
The second option is the Family Well-Being Program, a six-month online program conducted on Zoom, which includes one-on-one sessions with Dr. Qamar for personalized guidance and family development.

The Family Well-being Program is a 6-month live Zoom journey designed to help parents understand themselves and their children at a deeper level.
