Leadership Development Program (Health Care Professionals)
Dr. Qamar designed and delivered a Leadership Development Program for a group of medical professionals, focusing on enhancing their ability to lead teams effectively in high-pressure healthcare environments. The challenge was to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and leadership skills, enabling doctors to inspire, communicate, and manage teams with confidence. Using the psychological type framework, the program equipped participants with tools for self-awareness, conflict resolution, and decision-making under stress. As a result, attendees reported improved team collaboration, clearer communication with staff, and a renewed ability to balance patient care with leadership responsibilities.
