Projects with Educationists of Pakistan (EOP)
Duration: September 6, 2019 – May 19, 2020 Focus: Teacher training in Type-Based Teaching
In partnership with EOP and the Institute of Type Development (Australia), Dr. Qamar implemented Pakistan’s first-ever International “Type-Based Teaching Skills Course”
The goal was to equip educators with tools to identify students’ personality types and adapt teaching styles accordingly for improved engagement and outcomes

The first batch of the Type-Based Teaching Training was launched in collaboration with Educationists of Pakistan and ITD Australia. It equipped educators with tools to identify student personality types and tailor teaching strategies for deeper classroom impact.

The second batch built on the success of the first, bringing advanced insights into personality-driven teaching. Educators explored real-life classroom applications, enhancing student engagement and individualized learning outcomes.
Advancing Type-Based Teaching
The third batch focused on empowering teachers with deeper implementation strategies for type-based education. Participants gained hands-on practice, case discussions, and personalized feedback to refine their teaching styles.
🏆 Additional Insight
EOP recognized this as its first international-level teacher training course based on type theory analysis—setting a precedent for future educational reform and teacher development programs in Pakistan
