Safi (Hamdard)
Dr. Qamar led the Safi (Hamdard) “Know Your Kids” project across 30+ schools in Lahore and Karachi, bringing personality-type awareness to teachers, parents, and students. The initiative introduced type verification for children, teacher workshops on “teaching by type,” and parent sessions on “parenting by type,” turning abstract concepts into practical classroom and home strategies. As a result, schools reported clearer teacher–student communication, more individualized support plans, and stronger parent engagement—laying the groundwork for a type-aware culture that nurtures every child’s natural way of learning and growing.
